Jp88 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the jp88 platform by all users in Malaysia. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.
Please read this document carefully before registering or using jp88's services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or using the jp88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with the applicable Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
To use the jp88 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform;
- A person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not located in a jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts online betting activities;
- Not an individual who has previously been suspended or banned by jp88;
- Register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
Jp88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to suspend an account while verification is being processed. Users who provide false information may be subject to immediate account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.
Account registration is limited to one account per individual. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any compensation.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. jp88 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately and change your account password.
Jp88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
User Responsibilities
Users of the jp88 platform agree not to:
- Using automation software, bots, or any other method to manipulate games or systems;
- Sharing your account with any other party;
- Using the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity;
- Attempting to access the platform's internal systems or databases without authorisation;
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the jp88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are legally obtained.
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX and approved e-wallets. Deposits will be credited once transaction confirmation is received from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, which may be required prior to processing. jp88 reserves the right to request supporting documents to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies.
Jp88 reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a violation of the platform's terms of use, without prior notice.
Bonuses and promotions credited to an account are subject to the rollover requirements specified in the respective promotional terms. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Jp88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if:
- A user is found to have breached any provision of these terms;
- An account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or game manipulation;
- A user is found to be under 18 years of age;
- There is a directive from the relevant authorities to do so;
- The account has been inactive for the period specified in the platform's inactive account policy.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, jp88 reserves the right to forfeit the remaining balance. For closures not caused by a user violation, any valid balance will be returned following the appropriate verification process.
Limitation of Liability
Jp88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical delays, or system errors beyond the platform's control. jp88's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the jp88 platform — including designs, graphics, text, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of jp88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from jp88.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Third-Party Links & Services
The jp88 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and sports data providers. jp88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third-party terms.
Amendments to These Terms
Jp88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the process established by the platform, including internal complaint mechanisms, before any legal action is taken.
Users agree that any claim or legal action relating to the use of the jp88 platform must be filed within one (1) year from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim, after which the claim will be permanently time-barred.
